Sarawak
Sarawak is the largest state in Malaysia and the main city is Kuching, which features easy access to Bako National Park and Semenggoh Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. The natural beauty of Sarawak as well as the abundance of wildlife make it a must see on any Borneo itinerary. Unfortunately, the rainforests and orangutans won’t be here for long so get here before the loggers take over and the entire region becomes a desolate palm plantation.
