On our “trip of a lifetime” we are carrying:
- Canon S100 Point-and-Shoot (we use the S90, but this is the newest version)
- Nikon D90 Digital SLR (replaced by the D7000…a much better camera)
- Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 (Filters: UV, Neutral Density, Polarizer)
- Nikon 55-300mm (UV Filter)
- Nikon 35mm f/1.8 (UV Filter)
- 3-8GB SD SanDisk cards (we have had trouble with other brands)
- Benro tripod

Due to the duration of our China trip (over 20,000 km traveled in the country), photos are broken up below into South China, North China, Tibet and Hong Kong. This is the overall best of mainland China excluding Tibet. There were too many great photos to include them in the China Best.
